"Inspected the range and found a front left burner not igniting. Removed burner caps, flame, spreader, and tubing assembly. Unit is functioning properly now."

Removed and replaced range top and racks. Racks are fitting properly now.

"Inspected dryer and found that the thermal cut off use had failed causing unit out to warm up. I inspected the unit to make sure all movable parts including roller wheels were intact and operating incorrectly, checked the vent and informed the customer that yearly cleaning of the event is important to keep the thermostats from overheating and burning out and also burning out the element unit is heating as it should; used 1 279816 (Thermal cutoff) from stock"
