"Inspected and tested unit with my newfi and found that all mechanical systems were functioning correctly. Customers concern was the towels not drying when using the towel setting on the dryer. I did call tech-support and speak with them on the matter. They ran me through a couple tests all the test passed. So I explained to the customer to maybe experiment with a couple different settings and not necessarily use the settings for towels, even though it says its four towels due to the fact of the sensors and some of the other things that could disrupt their cycles"

"Inspected the unit and found that the drain pump had failed was not draining water into the drain tube. Installed a truck stock drain pump. When I was disassembling the old drain pump, I found a piece of glass inside the pump housing area. Removed the glass installed the new drain pump tested all checks. Good at this time.; used 1 00631200 (Drain pump) from stock"
