"Inspected unit and found that the unit is telling you to turn the knob to select a cycle and then when you turn the knob to select the cycle and go to press a button the alert comes over again. I tried unplugging it for a couple minutes. Plugging it back in still did the same thing. I even tried to go into a diagnostic setting and when I was trying to get into the actual settings, it kicked me out of diagnostics, ordering a user interface and main control.; ordrng 1 W11478524 (User interface) and 1 W11567712 (Main control)"

Inspected ice maker and found that the ice tray was distorted on one end and looked like it was rubbing up against the side of ice maker frame. Causing resistance and ice production issues. Installed new ice maker from truck stock. Please allow 24-48 hours for full ice production.; used 1 243297613 (Ice Maker) from stock
