Checked unit over made sure unit wasnt over heating and was functioning normal. Spoke with HBW about rack coverage and it is not covered. Per Andrea at homebuyers they will not cover the racks.

"Installed all provided parts and ran to test. Still not getting any action from the wash motor. Unit will fill and drain but not wash. Getting voltage to neutral side of motor still. Installed new sensor and ran to test. All ok. Fan is not running constantly.

Upon arrival found unit wont power up. Inspected control and found it to have proper voltage. Reassembled and it powered up. Ran diagnostics to test and it stopped mid test. Unit needs console.

"Upon arrival customer stated that unit shows 3C error at times and another error but not sure. Ran unit to test. Unit will fill but wash motor is not running. Checked for voltage to motor. Motor has voltage to the neutral side. Control has shorted voltage to neutral and the motor wont run. Wash motor tests ok but may have been damaged from voltage to neutral.
