"inspected the unit and found the unit having ice put up on the back wall. Removed the back covers and defrosted the drain line. Advised customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours to help resolve the drain line, we are unable to reach. After 24 hours if it is not cooling, the unit would need a seal system repair. All checks good"

Inspected the unit ran a test cycle. Made adjustments to the waterlines and the drain hose on the inside of the unit. Ran two fill cycles and a drain cycle and found no leaks. All checks good. The waterlines are corroded at the fittings. Advise the customer if the problem returns to have them contact the plumber

Checked the fridge temp, didn't do anything to solve the problem. The other guy back in 2023 did the same thing. I'm sorry but I bought a warranty, but.
Russel, I am sorry you are still having an issue with the refrigerator. My notes indicate that the unit was working at factory specifications when the technician was out on 2/22. If something has changed since the visit, please notify your warranty company and they will authorize a new dispatch to us for the technician to revisit. Thank you.

He replaced and fixed my appliance quickly but when returning my appliance to its place had put a good ding in my upper cabinet. When I mentioned it he was surprised I witnessed it and had no words for the incident. I can fix it myself I guess but an apology would have been appreciated. Just know also when you first call for service that it probably won’t be fixed as they have to come in and verify you have a receipt and look at your appliance before they even order a part although you give specifics on the problem and model number. They also have proof of purchase and registry of the appliance but still need receipt. Not sure why.
