Inspected the unit and found that the control was in need of a hard reset. Reset control. Monitoring temperatures at this point. Unit passed all checks. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed gear case. Customer declined repair.

Inspected unit and found the adjusters broken on both sides of the upper rack of the dishwasher. Have one on my truck but need two. Ordering part. ; rqstng P&A on 2 W10712395 (Rack adjuster)s

Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode. Customer concern was about the fridge continuously freezing items though they had tried to adjusted temps to the higher setting. Turned on evaporator fan and air baffle motor through diagnostics. Immediately heard rattling from the air baffle motor. Motor would not open and close properly.
