Also found area where drain pump attaches to motor and motor shaft stripped due to the unit spinning when the drain pump was bound up. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 38034P (Motor kit) and 1 RB150003 (Drain pump kit)

Customer concern is that the temperature in her oven needed to be regulated better. She had a knob that has a 2 screw adjustment. I adjusted the knob for her and tested. I explained the way the adjustment works to the customer and explained the working of the oven. GE sent a temperature control to the customer but at this time there is no need to replace. So the customer will hold on to the part for a later repair if necessary.
