"Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling properly. Found the unit with a good frost pattern. Found the fan not running. Out unit into diagnostics and found when I tried to turn the fan on, the fan tried to spin but stopped. Found fan blades restricted. Removed restriction and fan started up properly. Could not find any reason for the restriction. Customer to let unit run like normal and call back if it acts up again."
