Cleaned interior vents and tested unit. Unit still throwing a D 80 code. Instructed customer to have exterior vents cleaned.

Customer has had the house flood and wanted us to check over the unit for any damage. Unit is functioning properly.

Installed all provided parts. Verified that the unit operates as it should. All ok.

Unit is 2 years old in laundry room. Customer states that when draining the pump is producing a loud hum. Ran unit to verify. Drain pump is noisy but moving water fine. Replaced drain pump and ran to test again. Unit is quiet when draining. All ok.

"Unit is 18 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that start button sticks, wave guide cover is missing and door frame is cracked. Button sticks because the mount is broken.
