"Replaced ui pcb board, and main control board. Ran several test cycles, dryer is operating and heating properly."

"Inspected the dryer and found UI controls not responsive at all. Unit is not going past login screen, captive touch, nonfunctional removed cover and inspected wiring, harnesses all appears to be connected properly ordering Pcb boards.; ordrng 1 EBR25265901 (Pcb main) and 1 EBR31002665 (Pcb)"

Customer stated he rotated the drum in the wrong direction causing the belt tension to slack belt off of tensioner. Reattached dryer belt to tensioner. All checks OK

Removed and replaced dryer drum belt and heating element. Ran a test cycle. Unit is heating properly.

"Removed and replaced UI display. Power cycled, still same issue. Removed and replaced left center and right hand control controllers. Unit is operating properly now."
