"Inspected the unit and while the microwave cycle was activated, tech could hear a vibration noise coming from the top of the wall oven microwave unit, most likely due to the powerline cable sitting on top or touching the rear of metal cabinet and vibrating. Issue has been present since installation. Advised the customer this is an installation issue and recommended they contact the builder and have them uninstall it and make adjustments to the power cable. Advised the customer the metal casing on the rear of the unit and is pretty thin, issues could return due to how thin the metal casing is compared to previous models."

Installed top panel for the cooktop. Test the unit and all other mechanical components are functioning properly. All checks OK
