"Customer states that unit starts, attempts to drain then begins to blink 5 times. Checked control for error codes. Found drain failure code. Unit has signs of hard water build up. Ran fill test to verify pressure sensor is good. Sensors is reading properly. Forced to drain and it drain as it should. Drain hose has a high loop and is installed correctly. Unit was in need of a software update. Updated software and ran to test. Unit started fine and advanced the cycle as it should. Other than seeing the error stored I was not able to duplicate concern. Cleared error and advised customer on maintenance."

Adjusted evaporator fan. Checks ok

Installed new fan assembly and cleared drain and found wiring issue in cabinet non repairable called AST -spoke to Michael

Ordered fan assembly ; ordrng 1 DA97-11823A (Fan assy)

Cleared ice out of evaporator fan motor and repaired fill tube to ice maker and checks ok
