Checked out the unit and found the unit was still dripping water out of the dispenser. Checked all the waterlines and make sure theres no pin holes in it. We have replaced several parts already. Reach out to the warranty company and advise them of the issues and they deemed they are going to do a buyout. And will reach out to the customer within 2 to 3 business days.

Install the new parts and advised customer to give it 48 hours for it to start cycling ice. Check OK

Checked out the unit and found that the unit was not lighting or the gas coming into the unit. The timer would need to be replaced along with the igniter in the unit is 41 years old and no longer available.

Checked out the unit and found that the cold water was not dispensing into the unit and due to hard water the cold water valve is not opening all the way. Installing a new water valve. Checks OK; ordrng 1 205547P (Mixing valve(ship part to customer they will install)
