"Inspected the unit and found it stacked on the washing machine. Removed clothes from dryer. Disassembled the unit using a step ladder. Found a blown thermal fuse. Replaced thermal fuse with truck stock. Reassembled the unit, including what the customer had previously disassembled. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK; used 1 D518542 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found it was not going through a drain due to what looked like dog hair completely gummed up in the drain filter and drain pump housing. Cleaned out all hair. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

"Upon arrival, the unit was functioning normally. With temperatures around 33? in the fridge section. And 0? in the freezer. Advised that the customer put the unit through a 48 hour defrost. To ensure all ice has been removed from the unit. And then plug in and use as normal. All checks OK"

Inspected the unit and found that the hot wire at the terminal was grounding out. Rewired the dishwasher at the terminal. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK
