Inspected the unit and found a water line running to the icemaker in the freezer section frozen. Also found the small cubed icemaker in the freezer section faulty. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 Cccccc (Ice make water tube) and 1 Bbbbb (Icemaker freezer (right side))

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Installed the new recall bake burner. Checks ok

"Checked out the unit and found that the freezer section had ice at the bottom of the unit which was caused from the drain line, not thawing out and running water into the bottom of the freezer section. Due to the amount of ice buildup and the frozen drain line advised the customer to do a 48 hour defrost to make sure that the drain line is completely cleared. The unit also had Russ building up in the front left corner and the middle of the liner in the refrigerator section. Called and talked to the warranty company regarding the rust buildup. Theres nothing able to do due to the water from the freezer thawing out and running down the liner, causing the rust. Ticket #1006544785"

Installed the new parts and advised customer to give it 24 hours for the temperatures to get back to normal. Checks OK
