Installed parts and relay and it is running and checks ok

"Inspected the unit and ran through the diagnostics and found no error code stored and no issues running a cycle. Advised the customer different features on the unit and advised them to look through their user manual to show them the correct cycles. Checks OK"

Inspected the unit and found inside the unit was at room temperature and not cooling. Pulled the unit forward and inspected the compressor and was unable to get the compressor to kick on and the compressor was very hot to the touch. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (Dryer filter) and 1 W10233960 (Compressor)

"Inspected the unit and the customer stated that there would be random water spurts during the cycles. Ran diagnostics and found no issues. Found no error codes in the unit and found the water valves opening and closing when commanded. Found no issue the only parts that we would recommend replacing would be a control board and water valve. Advised the customer that since we are unable to locate an issue that warranty might not authorize any part repairs. All checks good."

Inspected the unit and found a miscommunication in the control board and the user interface. Reset the unit and started a test cycle. The unit started the cycle and filled with water and was cycling. All checks good.
