"Inspected the unit and the customer stated that there would be random water spurts during the cycles. Ran diagnostics and found no issues. Found no error codes in the unit and found the water valves opening and closing when commanded. Found no issue the only parts that we would recommend replacing would be a control board and water valve. Advised the customer that since we are unable to locate an issue that warranty might not authorize any part repairs. All checks good."

Inspected the unit and found a miscommunication in the control board and the user interface. Reset the unit and started a test cycle. The unit started the cycle and filled with water and was cycling. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found water leaking from the tubs and dripping onto the floor. Found rust marks between the bottom sump and the tub. Unit would need both tubs to address the issue and the tubs are no longer available and they do not make a top tub. Auth #107MLSL

Inspected the unit and found the belt had come off the bottom of the unit. Reinstalled the belt and ran a test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the display board not responding and not turning on. Unit is located in the kitchen and is 24 to 25 years old. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 WB36T10207 (Oven display) and 1 WB27T10057 (Oven control)
