"Inspected the refrigerator. Ran diagnostic testing to test air baffle door in the air tower for functionality. Checked control board for any misalignments in a pin connectors. Air tower did have small amount of ice buildup on it. Ordering air tower and control board. ; ordrng 1 5304535442 (Control board) and 1 5303918775 (Temp sensor) and 1 240597203 (Temp sensor) and 1 5304532941 (Air tower/w baffle)"

Inspected the unit and found a failed heating element. Replaced with truck stock. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK ; used 1 3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock

New air tower reset unit and checks ok
