Inspected unit and found the unit with very low water pressure from the dispenser. Found the water also not cold. Ice maker not making a lot of ice either. Found the filter not seated properly. Reseated filter. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found everything functioning as it should from factory. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the plumbing fitting to the factory line on the back of the fridge was damaged. Customer stated that they had tightened it really tight and it still was leaking. Customer will need a certified plumber to replace the fitting. Unit itself checks OK

Inspected unit and found the unit randomly turning the drain pump on. Found error codes for pressure sensor fault as well as main control fault. Per whirlpool service bulletin I recalibrated the unit and ran an automatic test cycle to see if it would take care of the issue. Gave customer quote for main board.
