SR# 7741142280 upon arrival unit was disassembled by customer. Submitted complaint and photos to warranty. Warranty is not covering due to tampering.

Inspected the unit and went through a wash cycle. Nothing within the unit is giving any sign of leaking. There is however some water leaking from the hose in the back. Advised to replace hoses. All else checks OK

Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found a failed gear case. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 W11185701 (Gear case) and 1 W11263349 (Drain pump) and 1 W10625252 (Screw) and 1 W11093899 (Agitator) and 1 W11183985 (Lock nut) and 1 W10905025 (Slider) and 1 W10636382 (Screw)

"Inspected unit and found all elements testing good. Found the temp sensor testing a bit high at room temp based on 75? but ambient temp higher. Temp sensor tested good at 350?. Found after initial preheat, the unit still was sending voltage to elements. Customer stated sometimes unit would give f10 code and shut down. This code is for runaway temperature. Informed customer that controls and electronics can act up intermittently but other parts work or dont work. Gave customer quote for control. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 5304495521 (Control board) and 1 316419828 (Overlay)"
