Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit leaking from newly installed motor. Made adjustments to motor. Made sure unit started up and ran without any leaks or error codes. All checks ok.

"Inspected unit, found that it was getting heat and spinning. Some cycles do not get heat. Ordering parts; ordrng 1 W1185992 (Timer) and 1 8578352 (Temp selector)"

"Inspected unit and found the unit turned off. Educated customer on how to get unit out of off setting. Found the adt board not responding. Found the handles with the end caps had broken off. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 5304531227 (Freezer Door handle) and 2 5304527111 (Refrigerator Door handles)s, rqstng P&A on 1 5304530920 (Atd board) and 1 5304530898 (Wiring harness)"

"Inspected the unit and found low water pressure to the fridge. Also found that the icemaker was iced up, not allowing it to be removed. I informed the customer that the icemaker was seized due to a large amount of ice. Which can be associated with low water pressure. I advise the customer to put the unit through a 24 hour defrost to ensure all ice has been removed. And then to get a plumber to address the water pressure issue to ensure good ice production."
