"Inspected unit and found the unit with the mullion broke off of the door. Mullion hinges also missing. Customer had one but not the second. The piece of the door the hinge sits on was also broken off the door. Due to this, the unit would need a new door to even be able to put the mullion on. Gave customer quote for full repair on the door. Customer to think about repair."

Inspected the unit and found a failed shift actuator. Replaced with truck stock. All checks ok; used 1 W10913953 () from stock

Inspected the unit and found that the control needed reset and that there needed to be a loop in the drain line. Reset control. Put a loop in the drain line. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK
