Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. Customer states unit has been having problems overheating. Checked both elements and the temp sensor and all checked good. Informed customer unit is likely getting an intermittent stuck relay causing one of the elements to come on and not cycle properly. Gave customer quote for control board and overlay replacement. Customer wants time to think about repair.

Inspected the unit and found that the compressor coils were full of dust and debris not allowing it to cool properly. Removed all dust and debris. All checks are OK.

Inspected the unit and found that the display was cracked and falling apart. Display will need rebuilt. Customer declined repair.

Inspected the unit and found a failed water valve. Replaced valve with truck stock. All checks OK; used 1 w10408179 TS (WATER VALVE) from stock

"Inspected unit and found the unit with the mullion broke off of the door. Mullion hinges also missing. Customer had one but not the second. The piece of the door the hinge sits on was also broken off the door. Due to this, the unit would need a new door to even be able to put the mullion on. Gave customer quote for full repair on the door. Customer to think about repair."
