"Inspected the unit and found the unit not filling with cold or hot water. Turned her water off and remove the water lines, remove the filters out of the water valve and cleaned them out. Reinstalled and cleaned out the water valve it itself. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. All checks good."
