Installed parts. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a completely clogged drain filter. Filter is now completely clean. Unit is draining. Leaking due to a failed door boot. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 DC64-02792A (Door boot)

"Inspected the unit and found a failed timer and timer knob. Replaced both with truck stock. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK ; used 1 WE4M532 (TIMER), and 1 WE1M652 (TIMER KNOB) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found that the customer had bagged items up against all the vents in the freezer and the vent leading into the fridge section. Rearranged bagged items. Informed the customer that those vents needed to be clear so that the fridge and freezer could breathe. All checks OK
