Replaced faulty control board. Calibrated washer and ran a test cycle.

Tested the dryer and waited until the end of the cycle. The buzzer went off on the dryer was not very loud and I explained to the customer that its built into the control board and that there is nothing that I can do to turn it up louder

Inspected the washing machine found the pressure sensor switch not functioning properly overfilling wash tub with water and setting off mid cycle. Ordering control board ; ordrng 1 W11603810 (CONTROL)

"Inspected the washing machine today and tested. The GFCI was getting no voltage or amperage spikes. Removed and replaced control board, wiring, harness, and drive motor. Retested amperage after completion and was getting normal amp draw ratings after completion. Calibrated washing machine ran a cycle."

Inspected the washing machine upon arrival GFCI was tripped. Customer states unit usually runs through complete cycle without any issues and one machine is at idle the GFCI trips. Measured amp draw at static without machine running was getting amp spikes to 1.5 amperage without machine running checked motor windings motor windings were five and six ohms. Good motor checked drain pump. Drain pump was 20 ohms good drain pump neither shorter to ground. Motor on start up 7.3amps running amp draw 4.8. drain pump running amps 1.1amps; ordrng 1 W11026785 (DRIVE MOTOR) and 1 W11627516 (CNTRL-ELEC) and 1 W11643701 (HARNS-WIRE) and 1 W11742939 (CNTRL-ELEC)
