"Inspected the dryer and found the high limit thermostat tripped causing no heat issue. On further evaluation tested outside airflow and unit has a mild restriction to the outside. Use anemometer tested airflow airflow tested 10th. Good airflow would be between 15 to 20 indicating restriction, causing high limit thermostat to trip. Made sure customer was aware of issue and strongly advise them to get the venting system cleaned out to keep unit from tripping high limits thermostat again. Replace heating element and high limit at thermostats.; used 1 279838 (ELEMENT), and 1 279769 (CUT OUT 360 DEG) from stock"

"Removed and replaced control board. Advised customer broil may not cycle properly if door is in an open position. Ran a test broil, all checks okay."

"Inspected the range customer complaint broil element does not cycle back on after reaching temperature. Tested bake and broil element, both tested good. Checked wiring for damage and lose connections, everything is good. Tested amp draw on broil element amp draw 14 amps, test good. components test good indication of a failing relay on the control board. ; ordrng 1 WFES3030RS0 (Control board)"

"Inspected the washing machine and found a previous technician attempted to repair unit and caused significant damage to the lower wiring harness. Customer also states drain pump was running continuously indicating a failed pressure sensor switch on control board and lock issues. Gave customer an estimate to replace lower wiring, harness, actuator, and lid lock. Customer denied repaired this time and will be purchasing a new washing machine. Washer would need control board replaced, lid, lock, lower wiring, harness, and actuator."

Replaced faulty control board. Calibrated washer and ran a test cycle.
