"Inspected the unit and found several display buttons not working, tub leaking on the right side where the weld lines are, lower and upper racks rusting, water in the base and the unit not running a heavy cycle. Contacted AST and advised of issues. AST to contact the customer."

"Customer states that the upper icemaker is noisy and will not produce ice. Forced icemaker to cycle, the motor is stripped, causing the noise. Evaporator fan for the icemaker is running. Forced icemaker to fill and it would not fill. Inspected further and found water line froze. Unit needs icemaker and waterline. Installed new ice maker and water line. Cycled ice maker and it is operating as it should. All ok. ; used 1 241920106 (Fill tube), and 1 243297613 (Ice maker) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found an iceball in the freezer section and it constantly sending cool air into the freshfood section. Evap has a solid frost pattern. Heating element functioning properly. Called Assurant and advised of the issues with sealed system. Unit being sent to replacement options
