"Removed and replaced where harnesses and found vent tube on the rear of the drum was not connected. Connected the vent tube to the rear of the drum, and also found the rotor was not installed in the correct position, wire harness was not in the slot and would have started rubbing on the rotor. Reinstalled rotor in a correct position reassembled washing machine ran a test cycle. Unit is working properly."

Removed and replaced defective dryer timer ran a test cycle. Unit is heating properly.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Installed new drum assembly and tested washer. Washer is operating with no leaks no issues that I could see with the repair.

Found a unit not heating checked all components timers defective; ordrng 1 W10857612 (TIMER)
