Inspected the unit and found the icemaker in the freezer section still on but food blocking the icemaker arm from filling the tray. Customer concerned about abnormal noise and he thought he had the icemaker off. Advised the customer of the issue and turn the icemaker off and told him to give it a couple of days. See if the sound goes away
