Found a faulty defrost timer. Replaced part. All checks OK. ; used 1 5304526183 (DEFROST TIMER) from stock

Inspected the unit and found good airflow to the exterior. Cleaned part of the exterior vent line. Advised customer on how to clean the moisture sensor bars regularly and provide information regarding delicate and permanent press cycles. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found condensation building up inside the dryer. Ran multiple test cycles and found less than 20 or 30% airflow to the exterior of the home. Unit heating to good temperature. Moisture and lint buildup on the front door as well. This is due to blockage or poor airflow to the exterior. Advised the customer to contact custom distributors and confirm the motor/blower fans in these units are strong enough to move the heat and moisture roughly 40 feet plus several 90? turns. If this motor is sufficient, I advised the customer to contact a vent cleaning company and have them come out and evaluate the vent line."

Inspected the unit and found the plastic cover on the bottom of the unit warping and rubbing. Removed and ran a test cycle. All checks ok.
