Installed all parts tested unit no more grinding noise no more leaking of oil from the gear case all checks good at this time

"Inspected unit and found that there was what appeared to be grease oil and rust on the inside cover of the bottom gear case. When trying to run a cycle even on a slow agitate, you can hear a loud grinding sound like a metal on metal sound. I determined that it was a gear case it needs to be replaced due to the material coming out of the gear case, ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W10752187 (Screw) and 1 W11614636 (Agitator) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch kit) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11510461 (Impellar) and 1 W11396716 (Suspension rods)"

Installed mixing valve and all checked good

"Inspected unit found that the hot and cold mixing valve is not allowing the right amount of cold water to come through, which is causing interruption in the cycling in a wash load. Ordering a mixing valve.; ordrng 1 202395P (Mixing valve)"
