Check out the unit and customer had some food spilled down towards the downdraft. Remove the top of the unit and inspected down the downdraft found some food debris in the downdraft cleaned it out and inspected down past the downdraft and found no debris. Cleaned up all of the debris and reassemble the unit and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found that the door lock was not disengaging. Tried prying the door open, but the door would not unlocked. We were finally able to get the door open but the parts are no longer available due to the age of the appliance. Checks OK"

Inspected the unit and found a clogged drain line. Made all necessary adjustments. All checks OK

Ordering parts for a tub rebuild. ; ordrng 1 DC90-27205A (Spin basket) and 1 DC97-21556A (Outer tub assembly) and 1 DC63-02285A (Tub cover) and 1 DC97-21786A (Wash plate) and 1 DC93-00309A (Motor rotor) and 1 6021-001573 (Hex nut) and 4 DC97-16350V (Suspension)s and 1 DC66-00032G (Wash plate cap)"

Inspected the unit and found a failed facia/control. Customer declined repair.
