Inspected the unit and found water in the water tray. Cleared and provided info to the customer. All other checks ok.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Customer concerned about the install and the overall functioning of the unit. Customer said it runs very different than the Samsung unit they had. Ran a test cycle and provide information to the customer found no major defects or issues. All checks OK.

Unit has a refrigerant leak non repairable called AST spoke to Marlon

Install new icemaker reset unit to manufacturer settings and checked good
