Customer states that ice maker intermittently works. No water or ice in the tray currently. Lots of frost build up in the ice bucket. Thawed frost from bucket. Removed ice maker shroud and found the fill tube frozen. Fill tube heater is testing open. Forced ice maker to cycle and fill. Water valve comes on but no water flow. Unit needs freezer door assembly. Fill tube heater is only available with the door assembly. ; ordrng 1 LW11026425 (Freezer door)

Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Customer states that unit is leaking from the left side. SQT sent tub to pump hose. Removed top to inspect. No signs of leaks from the water valves. Door boot is in good condition and secure. Dispenser drawer has signs of leaking down the front. When unit is dispensing fabric softener it is spraying erratically. Removed drawer and found mildew build up in the dispenser. It was directing water away from the drawer and around it causing it to leak. Cleared holes and it is no longer spraying erratically. Advised customer on maintenance of the dispenser area to prevent future leaks from mildew.

Customer states that timer was hard to turn now it wont turn at all. The knob has cracked now as well. No misuse/abuse to cause the timer to malfunction. Customer turns knob clockwise only. Unit does heat and tumble. Unit needs timer and knob. ; ordrng 1 W11685947 (Timer) and 1 W11675852 (Knob)

Inspected the unit and found a potential sealed system issue where the unit is not running through a proper defrost cycle and building up ice in the freezer section. No repair per warranty
