Customer advised the unit was displaying an E6 error code for faulty shift actuator. Pulled the unit forward and inspected the underside and found the wiring harness to the shifter had come detached. Reattached the harness and ran a test cycle and the unit was spinning and shifting properly without any issues. All checks OK

The entire process of contacting Authorized Services to Sam, the Technician, to make an appointment was met with friendly and professionalism. Sam, the Technician, did a thorough investigation of the washer. He was very helpful in making suggestions on what to expect from the washer and how to prolong its life. He instructed in the proper laundry detergent amount and proper maintenance. I was very pleased with the service I received from the extended warranty service. Thank you!
