Installed new display trim and tested. All checks good

"Inspected unit and found that the felt was protruding out of the dryer into the cabinet area. Removed the top panel and the front panel. Reset the belt put it all back together felt it staying in place at this time. However, during the process of testing the dryer there was some stuck buttons on the display board, so Im ordering a new display board.; ordrng 1 W11413567 (Display console)"

Heat pump system is working correctly. Drain pump and coils were both functioning correctly. Customers last cycle had a out of balance detection. Thats the only thing I know that could be making a long dry cycle otherwise the unit is operating normally. Diagnostics showed end of cycle humidity higher than I wouldve expected. It was around 70% humidity. This could indicate a blockage in heat pump system

Installed drain pump and tested unit. All checks good unit is draining well.

Ran test with Newfi. Heat pump system passed. Faulty drain pump. Ordering pump and main control board. Advised customer to clean filter system better. ; ordrng 1 WH11X29539 (Drain pump) and 1 WH13X35715 (Main board)
