"Inspected the wall oven and found both bottom hinges were damaged. The hinge pins came out of the carrier, not allowing the door to close and open properly. No other damage found ordering door hinges for lower oven. ; ordrng 2 5304526280 (Hinge)s"

"Inspected unit and found that the felt was protruding out of the dryer into the cabinet area. Removed the top panel and the front panel. Reset the belt put it all back together felt it staying in place at this time. However, during the process of testing the dryer there was some stuck buttons on the display board, so Im ordering a new display board.; ordrng 1 W11413567 (Display console)"

He took great care of use; made the oven door functional until the hinges came in. During that repair he highly suggested that we modify the oven cabinet structure, which we did. All working great. Highly recommend Kirby.

Excellent service. We were going to replace this old refrigerator with a new one but decided to get an opinion first. So glad we did. The replacement part was in his truck! No waiting for parts to come in and it’s running fine again at a quarter of the cost of a new refrigerator. Ron explained the problem perfectly. Absolutely satisfied with his service.
