"Inspected the washer the customer had already bought a slider and a clutch and install it himself. But the unit was still doing the same error code, so I went through and did some calibration and diagnostic cycles and at the very end I got a error code which related to the stator and the rotor not communicating with each other. I did look underneath the unit notice. It was a lot of grease that was flung all over the bottom framing, and also had piled up a little bit inside the middle portion of the rotor. I did tell the customer that the repair would be too extensive for the cost of it.''

"Inspected unit tested the heating element heating element was fine. I did notice however that the two thermostats looked like they needed to be changed. I changed out both thermostats and tested the dryer. Dryer is heating at a decent temperature from what I can see.; used 1 WP3387134 (Thermostat (TS)), and 1 3977767 (Thermostat) from stock"
