Installed new drum and tested dryer. Unit is now operating with good heat

Ordering drum; ordrng 1 W10545923 (Drum)

"Inspected dryer, customer was concerned about a sound that sounded like a thumping sound. In the drum area. It appeared that the front slide had shifted a bit probably during delivery and install."

Inspected the dryer and found a big crack along the back edge of the dryer drum not really sure exactly how this happened but it looks pretty significant. See attached pictures. Im ordering a new drum assembly.; ordrng 1 W10545923 (Dryer drum assembly)

Inspected freezer and found that the coil was frozen over not allowing the air to pass through to cool. The refrigerator is having a defrost issue. Im ordering a control board and a defrost heater with harness and thermistor ; ordrng 1 W11742389 (Main control) and 1 W11650660 (Defrost heater harness)
