Inspected the unit and found no airflow to the exterior of the home. Turned the unit on and ran a test cycle and inspected the exterior vent and could find no airflow coming through. Removed the top and front panel of the dryer and found the heating element still in place and functioning properly. Ripped up a bunch of small piece of toilet paper and stuck them in the vent line and ran the cycle for about three minutes. Stopped the cycle and removed the vent line and found the toilet paper still in the ventline. Advised the customer the unit is functioning properly and their issue is with the vent to the exterior.

Took pics. Found no leak from lines in back or valve. Seen water stains from back wall plate where lines go in. Ice maker line not froze. Also unit has had sealed system done. Cx wants to return unit. Documented for future reference.
