Inspected the unit and found an error code F9E0 for miswiring at the junction box or house. Removed the junction box cover and found no voltage from line one red to neutral and found 120 V from Line to black to neutral. Checked at the wall outlet in the house and received similar voltage. Advised the landlord they would need to have an electrician out to find out where theyre losing voltage on the red line.
