"Inspected the unit and found the gear case damaged and making a grinding noise. Attempted to remove the wash plate but could not get it off. Inspected the underside of the unit and found grease coating the rotor and stator, and other components. The unit is 8 years old and located in the laundry room. Not a recommended repair. ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10754161 (Rotor) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W10909670 (Spanned nut) and 1 W10754158 (Stator) and 1 W10625252 (Screw) and 1 W10512161 (Outer tub) and 1 W10811960 (Basket) and 1 W10752189 (Screw) and 1 W10581874 (Pump)"

Inspected the unit and found the thermostat having a bad connection made adjustments and run a test cycle. Unit heated up on 3 different test. All checks good

Sam did a great job! I phoned the warranty department at Lowe’s regarding my 4 1/2 year old Maytag Dryer on a Thursday, and Sam promptly arrived at our home on Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable regarding the problem, and repaired the dryer. First class service! Very satisfied!

The service men were very professional. They listened to the issue we were having with our range and assessed the problem. They had to order the part but it didn't take long for the part to come in. I would recommend them if need be in the future
