Inspected the unit and found several error codes for smart defrost not activating. Cleared error codes and set the unit to a basic eight hour defrost cycle and off smart defrost. Advise the customer to unplug or defrost the unit for 24 hours minimum with the doors open to allow ice build up to defrost. All other checks OK.
