"Checked out the unit and customer stated after running a spin cycle to close would still be wet. Drained the water out of it and checked the drain filter and found no debris. Ran a second spin cycle and the unit completed the spin cycle. A diagnostics mode and the unit completed it with no error codes. Advise the customer on different load sizes, all checks good"

Checked out the unit and found that the water float had broken off the top of it and was not allowing the unit to fill and drain properly due to the water level not being consistent. Reached out to the warranty company and that is not something they will cover due to not normal wear and tear. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that the microwave doorhandle had come loose. Tightened up the handle and also answered several other questions and customer had regarding other appliances. Checks OK

Installed the new parts. Checks ok

Checked out the unit and checked the waterlines and the drain line for any water leaking out of the unit. Customer complained that there was water leaking out of the front of the washer due to the carpet being wet. After running all checks found no issues coming from the unit. Checks OK
