"Found the freezer door not closing all the way due to large amounts of food in the freezer. Made adjustments to the food and the door gasket. Door was closing properly and sealing. All checks good."

Inspected the unit and found the door latch locked and not disengaging. Removed the front door panel and unlocked the door lock latch. Ran several test on the door latch. All checks good.

Removed the washer from the cabinet and removed and replaced both water valves. Reinstalled the unit and ran a test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found water dripping into the unit when the unit is not running. Unit will need both water valves. Ordering parts; ordrng 1 17438000000464 (Water valve) and 1 17438100000415 (Water valve)
