Installed parts listed, all checked good

"Inspected unit and found not cooling properly in the freezer but cooling properly in the refrigerator. Unplugged unit for about 30 seconds to a minute to reset unit. When plugged back in, I heard three-way valve ticking as if stuck in single position. Talked with customer about repairing three-way valve. Customer declined repair for now."

Inspected the unit and found multiple failed parts due to a broken flipper assembly. Customer declined repair.

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of suds which flooded the float sensor. Removed water out of the runoff tray. Reset the control. Communicated with Customer on how to reduce the suds. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a loose connection on back of user interface. Secured all connections. Ran a test cycle. All checks ok.
