Inspected unit and found the unit very loud. Found fan in freezer hitting ice. Found evaporator with a partial frost pattern. Explained to customer that this means the unit has a sealed system leak in it. Discussed with customer cost and potential repair for unit. Customer wants time to think about repair.

Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found unit would start up and run but would shut off mid cycle. Customer would try to start unit back up but wouldnt start for several minutes. This indicates the motor is over heating. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 694089 (Blower wheel)

Inspected unit and found unit not cooling at all. Did a self diagnostic check on unit and found no defects. Compressor still would not run. Checked inverter and found unit giving an spm error for inverter thinking there is a restriction in the sealed system. Informed customer I would have no way of confirming that unless I tapped into the system. He declined further repair.
