"Installed all new parts ran a factory DLMS calibration cycle and also ran a diagnostic cycle to check all the workings of the unit. Everything is testing out good and no more noise. All checks are good at this time. I would however, recommend running a clean washer cycle through the washer at least after every 30 loads.

"Inspected washer and on a spin cycle while it is empty, it is making it loud grinding/rubbing sound which Im correlating it to the slider and the clutch. Now customer saying that they can hear it throughout the house specially when there is clothes in it and it is spinning out it is still operational but at this point it sounds like it is on its way to failure ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11400156 (Suspension rods kit) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)"

Inspected unit and found that the temp center board on the display was not communicating with the actual display board. It will not allow you to change the cycles or settings on the time drive. Its only time dry with limited settings so Im ordering a new knob board and also a display board and the wired communicates in between the two.; ordrng 1 W11384512 (User interface display assembly)
