Inspected unit and found the unit in a cycle and heating properly. Checked airflow out of the house and found it blowing but not fully. Found a large dip in the venting as well. Customer stated they do use dryer sheets when asked. Advised customer to clean moisture sensor bars and the lint filter and fix the dip in the vent. Customer to call back if they still have issues.

Installed new part. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the extra options on the panel were not working. Took off the back and checked wiring as well as any physical damage. Could not find anything physically wrong. Quoted customer for the user interface board. Customer wants time to think about repair.

"Changed out bulkhead, seal already in place. New bulkhead comes with LED lamp instead of old bulb design. Tested unit checks ok, showed laundry lady."

"Found part of felt on forward bulk head coming loose and at times drum will make a scraping noise. Parts covered under warranty, ordering new; ordrng 1 D513641 (Bulkhead) and 1 D51207p (Seal) and 1 D511637p (Adhesive)"
