Your service was great. The service from Frigidaire/electrolux not so much. They don’t know their right hand from their left. They had the audacity to tell me if they didn’t like the problem I called about they could charge me for the service call. It was Frigidaire/electrolux’ fault. Someone forgot to push in a connector. Rookie mistake rookie inspectors. However Kellen did a by the book troubleshooting and found the problem after evaluating the situation. Now if my new whirlpool washer would drain without need for a factory reset—which I have been trying to do through Home Depot warranty, We’d really be in business!
