Inspected the unit and found a clogged drain line as well as cracks in the liner freezing up the fan behind the evaporator cover. Removed everything from fridge. Removed all shelving. Steamed evaporator cover and removed. Thawed out all ice. Patched all cracks. Unclogged drain line. Reassembled. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of hair and debris around the door compromising the gasket. Wiped off all hair and debris. Ran a test cycle. Found no other leaks. Found a control board with a couple wires pulled from it and explain to the customer that those parts are no longer available and have been discontinued all else checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a compromised support wheel. Disassembled the unit. Removed support wheels. Cleaned and greased support wheel shafts. Installed support wheels. Installed drum. Reassembled. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found it full of water. Had to force door Shut to drain unit. Drained unit. Opened the door. Cleaned door boot off. Found tension ring. Installed tension ring. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK.

Inspected the unit and found a freon leak within the cabinet. Customer declined repair
