Check unit over and found the unit was running and functioning properly. Customer had gotten some debris down inside of the drain pump that was rattling around and causing this failure. I did let them know that they would not cover us pulling it apart to clean out the drain pump. Unit checks OK

Instructed customer on usage of washer and filling with hot and cold water. Unit checks OK.

Check unit over I found this unit was not venting properly. Cleared out vent and reattached properly. Checked ok

Leveled unit and tested checks ok

Repaired burner harness for switches and calibrated oven checks ok
