Found the drain pump running continuously indicating faulty pressure sensor switch. Removed and replaced control board calibrated washing machine and ran a test cycle. Everything is working properly.

Installed new drain pump and tested unit is now draining and operating as it should. Old drain pump had some long dog hair that had gotten tangled around the propeller which caused the propeller to not be able to spend and burned out the motor.

Installed all listed parts and tested on a drain and spin. Unit is now spinning with no noise.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

"Inspected the washer found that the unit was flashing an E1 error code, which is related to no water or low water. I checked the lines and all the lines are connected correctly. No blockage on any of the lines. So after confirming that everything is good with the water. I unplugged the unit and let it reset plug. The unit is now filling with water and washing as it should. Looks like the control board must've had a little glitch and needed to be reset."
