Inspected the unit and found a compromised lid lock. Made all necessary adjustments. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Removed and replaced defective water valve. Ran a test cycle all checks good

Removed and replaced evaporator fan motor. All checks good.

Inspected the washing machine customers complaint checked filter comes on towards the end of a cycle. Ran a test cycle. Unit is draining properly indicating control board is failing. Control board is discontinued. Customer will purchase a new washing machine.
