"Inspected unit and found the water hose and drain line on the rear of the unit hitting against the back of the washer ran a full diagnostic test cycle and found no defects with the unit. Provided information to the customer regarding the abnormal sound from the waterlines and hoses. Customer is not happy with the auto vent system, but unfortunately, there is no way to turn it off."

"Inspected the unit and found control board not responding on all cycles, found the magnetron transformer faulty and not heating during cycle. Found the door latch assembly and door not aligning correctly and closing properly. Unit is eight years old and located in the kitchen. Not a recommended repair.; ordrng 1 WB56X30286 (Door assembly) and 1 WB27X11079 (Magnetron) and 1 WB27X1160 (Diode) and 1 WB27X10011 (Capacitor) and 1 WB56X30166 (Panel) and 1 WB27X10910 (Transformer)"
