"Inspected the unit and found the terminal connector damaged along with the power cord. The far right harness was not secured properly and was loose which caused arcing and damaged the power cord and the terminal connector. Provided a rough estimate of $437 for the terminal connector, screws and Harness wire. Advised Rent-A-Center they would still have to cover the power cord as thats not a part of the manufactured unit. Rent-A-Center advised they would reach out to us if they wish to move forward with repairs."
