Check unit over and found out the refrigerator was throwing an error code and not cooling. Family condenser fan had failed and the compressor was locking up. This unit needs a new condenser fan along with a compressor. This needs to be sent back over to LG for sealed system work.

"Checking it over found that the installers had wired the dryer incorrectly. Rewired the dryer correctly, but the outlet has an issue which is causing it to trip the breaker. As soon as the cord is plugged in to the outlet, it tripped the breaker. This needs to be addressed by an electrician. The dryer itself will function properly once the outlet is repaired."
