"Checked unit over this unit is a microwave oven combination. Microwave is sparking when it is running internally and hes not heating. It looks like part of the wave guide is damaged and this is causing a unit to spark, which is not repairable. I spoke with American Home shield and prior to replacing this unit. They want to get a second opinion to confirm nothing else can be done."

Inspected the unit and found the exterior vent line completely blocked. Ran multiple airflow test and found potential blockage at the exterior vent. Photo attached. Provided this information to the customer and recommend they have the builder or a dryer vent company come out to clear the line. All other checks OK

I had a new Frigidaire refrigerator installed in my home and the ice maker would not work. I tried everything, so I called Authorized Service for repair or replacement. Tim came out and within 15-20 minutes he found the problem. The home builder had installed the water valve in the wall backwards…. When turn the valve to on we were turning it off… Thank you Tim for finding the problem… we are now enjoying fresh ice cubes with our drinks
