"Checked unit over found that the unit had a shorted control board. Unit was also full of water. When these control boards short out, it is typically due to a drain pump failure. Unit needs a new drain pump and control board. Spoke with customer and they do not want to continue with any repairs."

Replaced wash motor under LG warranty and tested unit checks ok.

Unit needs new motor due to heater. Wiring shorted out. No repair as of now.
