"Checked unit over found that the unit had a shorted control board. Unit was also full of water. When these control boards short out, it is typically due to a drain pump failure. Unit needs a new drain pump and control board. Spoke with customer and they do not want to continue with any repairs."

I had a new Frigidaire refrigerator installed in my home and the ice maker would not work. I tried everything, so I called Authorized Service for repair or replacement. Tim came out and within 15-20 minutes he found the problem. The home builder had installed the water valve in the wall backwards…. When turn the valve to on we were turning it off… Thank you Tim for finding the problem… we are now enjoying fresh ice cubes with our drinks
