If I ever need Authorized Service in the future, I would ask for Sean to be sent for my repair. He seemed to be very experienced on my repair diagnosis. (Washing machine wouldn't allow hot water to come in) He ordered the parts and when they came in he installed them. And when I ask his opinion about my washer, he seemed to be very honest with his answer. ( Now I must admit we haven't used the washer in hot water cycle yet, but before he left he recalibrated & ran a test cycle on the repair and all was good. And I'm sure it will work when needed.)
Sean is a very nice person, I would ask for him again if needed.
