"Checked out the unit and found that the bearings in the back of the unit are going out and making a loud clicking noise through the spin cycle. Also, checked the drain filter because the unit was not draining properly. Found some debris caught inside the drain pump and remove the debris. Ran a second spin cycle and the unit drain properly, but still makes a lot of noise during the spin cycle. Advised customer of the cost for outer basket. And they did not want to proceed further."

Checked out the unit and found that the wash and rinse light was flashing. Tried running a cycle but the unit would just stop and start beeping. Recalibrated the top control and ran a test cycle and the unit completed the test test cycle. Advised customer to run over the next couple of days and let us know if they have any more issues.

Installed parts. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed heating element. Replaced element with truck stock. Ran a test cycle. Customer will need vents cleaned as soon as possible due to a blocked ventilation system.; used 1 DE486A (ELEMENT) from stock
