Inspected the unit and found the icemaker cover broken and causing the icemaker not to cycle properly. Installed a new icemaker and ran a test cycle. All checks good. ; used 1 241642501 () from stock

Inspected the unit and the customer stated that water was leaking from the back waterlines. Ran several test cycles and found no water leaking. Advise the customer to try to get a video of the water leaking so we can see where it is coming from. All checks good.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Installed parts and advised customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours. Applied permgum to the back in that inlet hose for the icemaker. All checks OK
