Inspected the unit and found a failed lower spray arm. Ordering the part and shipping to the customer. All checks OK. ; ordrng 1 5304535549 (Lower sprayarm)

Inspected the unit and found an error code for oversudes. Cleared error code and ran a diagnostic cycle. Found all mechanical compositing properly. Advised customer to cut down the amount of detergent to use and use the cleaning tablets on a regular basis. All other checks OK.
