"Checked out the unit and found that the belt came off the bottom of the unit. Reinstalled the belt and ran a test cycle, all checks good"

Install the new parts. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found we go through test cycle. The unit was making a loud, dragging noise. Removed the front cover and found that the felt pad had some debris caught around it, which was causing it to drag. Removed the debris and ran another cycle. Check OK"

"Checked out the unit and found there was no water getting to the unit. Remove the water valves off the back and clean the inlet filters and also repaired a broken wire on the water valve. Reassembled the unit and ran another test cycle on the unit started filling with water. Advised customer that if they continue to have issues they need to, look at it in a new washer due to a control board and the gear case is also faulty."

Checked out the unit and found that the ground wire on the junction box was loose. Tightened up the junction wire and turned the breaker back on after turn the breaker back on the unit powered on and continue to cycle. Checked ok
