Inspected the unit and found F error code. Pulled the unit out and found the waterlines kinked in the back. Removed the waterlines and cleaned out the screens. Inspected the water valve and made adjustments to the bottom of the water valve. Turned the water back on and ran a test cycle and the unit was filling with water. Checks OK

Inspected the unit and found the unit not heating when running a cycle. Remove the control panel and found the magnetron was shorted out along with the wiring harness attached to the magnetron. The unit would need several parts and is approximately 15 years old. Auth #353RBAA

Inspected the unit and found that the refrigerator was not powering on. Checked the breaker box and the breaker was OK. Pulled the unit out and found that there was an adapter attached to the power cord going from a three prong to a two prong. Found out the cord was partially unplugged. Plugged the unit back up and when doing so the refrigerator kicked back on. Checks OK

"Inspect the unit and found a DC error code, which also indicates that the basket is spinning out of balance. Ran a test cycle and during the spin cycle there was a large amount of suds inside the unit. Put some olive oil inside the tub of the washer and ran a quick wash to help rinse out the suds buildup. Advised to make sure they are the correct sizes and if the issue returns, just open the door and reposition the clothes. Checks OK"
