Customer states that the unit isnt heating. Voltage at the outlet is correct at 239 Vac. Inspected unit and found the heating element shorted open. Thermal fuse tests good. Unit needs heating element. Installed new heater and ran to test. Unit is heating as it should. All ok.; used 1 279838 (Heating element) from stock

"Customer states that the microwave wont start. Sometimes opening/closing the door will make it start. Inspected unit and found signs of shorted micro switches. Replaced switches and ran to test. Unit is starting every time with no issues. If problem reoccurs it will need the main control. ; used 2 W10269458 (Micro switch), and 2 W10727360 (Micro switch) from stock"
