"Checked out the unit and found that the unit would not power on, but was getting power to the dishwasher. Made adjustments to the door because the door is not closing properly due to the counter. After making the adjustments tried powering the unit up and it still would not power on. The unit is 21 years old as located in the kitchen. The warranty company deemed it not a cost-effective repair and will be replacing the unit. Auth #134"

Our dishwasher keeps having the exact same issue and with that I am unable to give a favorable opinion about our experience or product. We are frustrated with the fact that every time you all come out you reset the dishwasher and then leave out and between 6-12 months later the same issue arises. So with that being said we are not satisfied with the non-solution to our continued problem.
