Inspected the unit and found the dishwasher not level and the door not closing properly. Made adjustments. All checks OK.

Unit is leaking oil. Unit is a residential product in a commercial setting. Unit is not covered by manufacture.

Customer noticed oil all over the floor. ; ordrng 1 W10870910 (Gearcase) and 1 W10623547 (Motor) and 1 W11398781 (Actuator) and 1 W10427633 (Shield) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch kit) and 1 W10808317 (Belt)

Installed parts listed, all checks okay

Unit is tripping breakers. Put unit into diag. And did a system check. It did not trip. Per customer it trips in the spin cycle. Put unit into spin and did not trip the panel breaker. Unit is on a GFI outlet. Maintenance is going to replace the panel breaker.
