Inspected unit and found the unit very loud. Found bearings to unit wearing down. This was causing unit to get out of balance and stopping in final spin. Gave customer quote for gearcase. Customer declined repair.

"Inspected unit and found the unit getting power but no power to the user interface. Followed service bulletin by GE and reset power to unit. Once power was reapplied, user interface lit up and was able to update software by the newfi device. All checks ok."

"Upon arrival called speed queen about noise issues customer is having. Spoke with Jeff and he states thumping noise at the beginning of the cycle can be normal due to the rubber on the wheels getting flat spots as the rubber cools and sits with the drum on it. He states as the cycle heats up, the rubber will get warm and round out again. Also found unit squeaking loudly with pressed on the rear right hand corner. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 5 56128 (Bumper pads)s"

Inspected unit and found the unit not heating. Found heating element coil broken. Replaced element. All checks ok. ; used 1 964P3 (ELEMENT) from stock

Installed new parts. All checks ok.
