Inspected unit and found the unit not connecting to Wi-Fi. Plugged newfi into unit and found the unit had no fault codes and did not need software updates. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 WB27X39766 (Wifi module) and 1 WB27X40189 (Control board)

Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. Customer states unit sat for multiple months. Talked with customer about potential issues and why it could work now but not then. Customer to call back if unit acts up.

"Inspected unit and found the unit completely dead on arrival. Found electric working properly. Found a wire nut melted and the hot wire broken off. Changed wire nut and made sure black hot wire was in good condition. When electricity was reapplied, unit started up. All checks ok."

Went to install part and found part damaged. Reordering part. ; ordrng 1 ABN76537402 (Cap assembly (PW))

Inspected unit and found the unit would flash the wash and rinse lights for a fill error. Found the unit would add hot water properly but not cold water. Could not turn off the cold water for to check pressure. Customer stated plumber is supposed to be out and changing the valves. Advised to call back if unit continues to act up following valve replacement.
