"Went to install the new part, but when pulled out of the box, the front panel has large scuff marks across the face of it. We will need to reorder part; saved tckt"

Inspected the unit and found the unit not heating properly. Disassembled the unit and replaced the thermal fuse on the blower housing. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle and the unit was heating properly. Advised the customer to have their vent lines cleaned due to poor air circulation.; used 1 DC47-00016A (THEMOSTAT) from stock

Inspected the unit and found the washer not starting the cycle and the dryer also not heating. Inspected the power cord and found the unit barely plugged in and only getting 120 volts. Pulled the unit out and plugged the unit all the way back in and reattached the vent line. Ran a test on the unit and the washer started working and the dryer was heating correctly. All checks good.

"Inspected the unit and found the door sagging and not closing properly. Adjusted the door hinge and made adjustments to the door hinge to the door so it would close properly. Also, the magnets for the bottom of the door had come out of the holder. Reinstalled the magnets. Called and talked to Dale and he approved the repair. All checks good."
