Checked out the unit and found the unit had a long drain time and off-balance error. Made adjustments to the wires at the bottom of the drain pump and also remove the actuator and the belt and cleaned off any oil. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

Ran it through a heat pump test and the heat pump is faulty. advised a customer of the cost he is going to look at potentially a warranty to try to cover it."

Installed the new part and recalibrated the boards. After recalibration the unit was no longer beeping and cycling. Also took pictures of the back of the refrigerator due to some sweating at the back of the refrigerator. Checked OK

Excellent service David quickly evaluated our refrigerator issues and told us he would get the replacement control. He returned much quicker then we anticipated. Replaced the control panel verified correct function of the new panel and was done much faster than I imagined he would be. For us this was compitent quick service experience. Thank you David.
