Checked out the unit and found the unit thrown an error code for improper voltage. Checked the back of the terminal block and found that the red hot wire going to the terminal block had burned out due to the power cord not being installed properly and being loose causing an arc when the unit is running. It also caused the terminal block itself to crack out the back. Called and informed the warranty company of the issues and they stated this is not something that will be covered under warranty. Installed parts listed, all checked good

Installed the new parts and ran a test cycle. Checks ok

Checked out the unit and found that the water valve was continuously leaking due to hard water buildup inside the valve. Replace the water valve and ran a test cycle. Checks OK; used 1 W11165546 (WATER VALVE) from stock
