"Checked out the unit and found that there is a little bit of frost buildup inside the freezer and the customer had removed all of the items out of the freezer. Check the temperatures in the freezer and they were sitting around 10? made sure that the door seal was closing properly, and also made adjustments to the door. Went through diagnostics and recalibrated the fan on the inside of the freezer. Removed the evaporated cover off the back and cleared out any ice around the evaporator cover. Advised customer to put some water bottles in the freezer to help the temperatures to draw down back to the correct temperatures. Check OK"
