Check out the unit and found that there was water leaking out of the freezer section onto the floor. Found that the defrost line drain line was plugged up and his pouring water into the freezer. Advised customer to do a manual defrost for 48 hours to make sure all of the ice is out of the drain line. Steamed at the ice of that we could and check the door seals. Checks OK

I had two things I wanted looked at. David didn’t have to do much but so far so good. My fridge was icing over in the freezer. It does seem better but this happened once before so I’ll give it’d some time. My dishwasher has not worked for approx 6 months. And one night it turned on but no water. David fixed it and I did my first load of dishes on Sunday. Very happy with service and will call again when needed. Thank you.
Ps although , I can only get it to wash on “Light” not normal. \
