Inspected the unit and found a wire had jumped off the terminals. Secured wiring. Ran a test cycle. All checks ok

"Defrost locked up, replace defrost timer and checks ok; used 1 5304526183 (Timer) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found the unit cracked above the downdraft in the center. Looked up the parts and gave a customer of an estimate of the repair. Customer did not want to proceed further due to the cost and the appliance is also 11 years old.

Installed part. Recalibrated. All checks ok
