"Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode and put it into an automatic test. Unit filled, agitated, and drained properly. When unit was trying to engage the whole basket, it was just spinning the agitator. Stopped test, held basket and was able to spin agitator free from the basket. "Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. Put unit on time dry and started a cycle. Unit had good airflow and heated up well. After talking with tenant, timer seemed to run properly. Discussed with customer about potential issues. Gave him quote for thermal cutoff kit and thermostat on blower wheel. Customer wants to move forward with repair."

Inspected unit and found the bracket that holds the microswitch for the dispenser broken. This was causing the microswitch to fall out of place and the water not to dispense. Replaced bracket. All checks ok. ; used 1 2180226 (BRACKET) from stock

Inspected unit and found the unit not responding when pressing start. It would beep three times rapidly as if the door was not closed. Took unit apart and tested fuses and thermostats. All tested good. Put unit into diagnostics and found an hd error code. This error is for a short in the main control board. Gave customer quote.

Inspected unit and found the ice bin completely empty. Put unit into diagnostic mode to test the ice maker. Ice maker harvested properly and filled with water.
