Inspected unit and found the unit with a large slab of ice in the bottom of the freezer. Found the drain line frozen up. Defrosted drain line. Made sure drain line was clear and draining into the drain pan. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found unit freezing up in refrigerator section again. Put unit into diagnostic mode and tested thermistors as well as fresh food fan. All thermistors passed. Found drip pan still flat from previous repair. Found defrost setting correct. Informed customer with all tests passing that I would essentially have to pick a starting place but unit could need multiple parts before being fixed due to not being able to find a fault with a specific part. Customer does not want to move forward with further repair.

Inspected unit and found the unit having intermittent cooling issues. Found the unit would randomly go off and not want to come back on when it initially calls for cooling. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 5304539578 (Control board) and 1 5304537473 (Starter) and 1 5304531478 (Harness) and 1 5303918891 (Air tower) and 1 5304523789 (Potentiometer)

"Inspected unit, found that when customer went to get water that the dispenser was leaking. Took UI off, found water line was knocked out of place. Put line back into place, tested it and no longer leaking."
