"Checked unit over, found that the customer complained about the unit leaking from the back of the washer where the hoses were. This was happening only on large loads. I adjusted the drain hose clamp to ensure that it was installed correctly. Could not indicate any leaks from the actual hoses while I was there. Customer is running a test cycle to see if she can get a video of the hoses leaking. Currently, the washer itself is functioning properly with no leaks."
