Inspected the unit and found lint buildup on the inside of the dryer door. Made adjustments to the door as it seems to not be closing up properly. Ran a timed heated cycle and it ran for about 30 seconds and shut down while displaying a red light above the start button and displaying the clean lint filter light. Vent line for the apartment needs cleared by an HVAC company. The vent line is partially blocked and is causing the unit to shut down due to it over heating.

Ran tests found drain pump noisy causing drain issues. Replaced pump, rerouted drain line and tested good.; used 1 00631200 (Drain pump) from stock

Removed garbage disposal plug keeping unit from draining. Checks ok

Inspected the unit and found the gearcase leaking grease onto the rotor and stater. Also found while spinning the basket manually a grinding sound and the basket off balance. Provided information to customer about gear case and advised to replace the unit. Customer declined repair at this time.

Inspected unit and found the waterline going to the dispenser in the door frozen and not dispensing any water. Unit is located in the garage and the temperatures in the past week and a half have been below -5?. Checked the filter the water valve in the back and icemaker and they're all functioning properly. Advised the customer to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle and keep heaters in the garage to defrost that line. All other checks OK.
