Customer is getting a f3e2 error code. Installed new water valve. Cycled. ; used 1 W11165546 (Water valve) from stock

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Inspected unit and found a large amount of lint buildup in the blower housing wheel assembly. Cleared the lint and ran multiple test cycles and found no issues. Advised the customer if the unit has a serious issue it will display an error code and for them to regularly clean out their vent line.

Inspected unit and found gunk and white residue build up all inside the unit on the inner-basket. Photos and videos taken. Photos and video submitted. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no leaks or grease. Photos and video submitted reviewed and determined not to be manufacturer defect and that the debris/gunk inside the basket and tub has to have come from excessive (more than 2 tbs) detergent usage or chemical/oil/grease/substance entering the tub off the customers clothing. Repair coverage declined due to the issue not being normal wear and tear nor a manufacturers defect. Provided info to the customer. Customer to contact WP with questions.
