Inspected the unit and found lint buildup on the door and poor airflow to the exterior. Advised the customer to clear the vent lines.

"Inspected the unit and found the glass cooktop cracked in a spiderweb format indicates pressure or impact damage to the glass. Photos attached of damage. Tested all four burners, and they are all functioning properly at this time. Advised the customer to not use the burners as long as the glass cooktop is cracked. Glass cooktop is only covered underneath the cosmetic warranty. Damage to glass cooktop is not normal wear and tear. Repair not covered under warranty. Advised customer and provide them with a rough estimate for repair

Inspected the unit and found the belt and idler pulley damaged. Installed new belt and idler pulley. The idler pulley was attached to the motor assembly so tech did use both parts that were sent.

Installed part. All checks ok.
