"Inspected unit, found that the lid was locked and unit was full of water. Tried to hard reset by unplugging for 5 min to no avail. Ordering new control board, lid lock, and strike assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11266006 (Control board) and 1 W11032875 (Lid lock) and 1 W11091027 (Strike assembly)"

Install the new parts and advised customer to give a 24 hours for the temperatures to even out. Checks OK

Install the new parts and after installing the unit started cycling. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found that the dial when trying to turn, it would not swap between cycles. Removed the display and split the display and control board part. Tried to make adjustments to the timer due to the front knob not making good contact. Reassembled it and was able to get the dialed turn, but would not turn consistentlyand randomly stop. Called and talked to the warranty company in regarding parts. The parts are no longer available due to the age of the unit and the warranty company is putting it into replacement options. Checked out the unit and found a 58CE air and found out the fan in the freezer section was not on. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 809069201 (Evap fan) and 1 5304510307 (Control board)
